This delightful complex on the outskirts of the village comprises of separate blocks, is situated in a beautiful rural location and is popular with both families, 25 - 55 year old couples and single parents. There is a lively swimming pool and a VERY lively bar run by the friendly owner "THE SUPER-STAR" George. Be very careful of his jokes and his shirts (sunglasses are well advised!)

The Amalia offers studios for 2, split-level studios for 2 adults and 2 children, maisonettes for 4 people, one apartment with separate bedrooms for 4 people and two apartments with 2 separate double bedrooms.

The apartments are reached in approximately 14 minutes via a rough, unmade track (which can be quite steep in places) leading from the main resort road. A torch is definitely recommended for any late night returns. A bus stop is located 8 minutes walk away which for roughly €1.40 will take you directly to the beautiful main port town of Skiathos. The main beach KOUKOUNARIES is roughly 1.4 Km away and is the most famous of all the beaches on the island. It also features in the top 10 beaches in the Mediterranean Sea!

Car hire is recommended and if you ask George behind the bar he'll definitely get you the best prices on the island.

All studios and apartments come with provate shower/WC, 2 electrical rings, kettle, safety deposit box (payable locally), television (payable locally), AIR-CON (payable locally) and either a private balcony or patio. There is also a playground for children aged 6-14 which can be used for free.
